The Space
The open space is newly renovated with large and spacious rooms. The apartment is tastefully furnished with modern farmhouse decor. Enjoy full access to kitchenette, living space, and dining room. Your private access to our indoor spa open all year round, is just across the hallway from your living space. Spa is equip with power jets for water walking and swimming.
Our space has one bedroom with Queen sized bed and additional single cot available. However, a full sized couch and love seat can also be used to accommodate additional guests. There is plenty of room within the apartment for you to set-up your play pen, air mattress or cot. Please feel free to bring these along! We are happy to be creative to accommodate you and your guests!

Guest Access
​Free onsite parking is available for guests. Many amenities are within walking or biking distance, if you choose. Our home is located across from the famous Goderich to Guelph trail. This trail can be used for walking or biking.
Other Considerations
Feel free bring your own groceries and to make use of our electric frying pan, toaster, and/or microwave to assemble your breakfast however you please!
Firepit is available in backyard for use. Wood can be purchased at multiple places in town or feel free to bring your own. :)
The nightly fee is for two guests. Please note that there is an added $20 fee for each additional guest (over and above two guests). Please inform your host if your number of guests change over the course of your stay.

Your Hosts
John and Ruthie will be your hosts. Both are available and reside in the home upstairs. Having resided in Blyth for the last 30+ years John and Ruthie can make excellent recommendations re: Dining experiences, recreational activities, and must-see attractions.
John and Ruth's family dog, Bella, also resides on the property. She is a Bernese Mountain dog cross with German Shepard. She is very friendly and enjoys greeting new guests. IF you are uncomfortale with dogs, please let us know and we will ensure that she is kept inside during your stay while you are coming, going or using the backyard. Thanks for your cooperation.
